Upload new stock levels
Upload the Leyton stock file (.ods, .xlsx or .csv) with no header row: column A is the Leyton SKU and column B is the stock level. Each product's level is set to 50% of its stock, or zero if stock is below its minimum. The update date changes for everyone as soon as the upload saves.
Minimum stock rules
If our stock for a code is below its minimum, MGL sees zero. Download the rules, edit column B in Excel, then upload them again. Uploading replaces all rules; any code left out gets a minimum of 0.
Discontinued & notes
Discontinued status and notes shown to MGL on the main page and in the MGL report. Download the sheet, edit the Discontinued (Y/N) and Notes columns in Excel, then upload it again. Columns: Stock Code, Leyton code, Discontinued, Notes, with a header row. Uploading replaces all statuses and notes; any product left out shows as not discontinued with no note.
Products on the MGL list
Only these lines appear on the report, in this order. Stock Code (column A) is what we match against the Leyton stock file; customers never see it. Use Edit on any line to change it, add a single product below, or download the full list, edit it in Excel (columns A–D as on the MGL report) and upload it to replace the list.

Zeroed by minimum rule
Products where our stock is below the minimum, so MGL is shown zero. This is only visible here; the main page and MGL report show these as a normal zero.
